职责描述
1) Manage the routine daily operations management and make the business plan of Tmall store
2) Constantly revise KPIs per business changes + manage business vendors to achieve SLA with proposed action plans. 3) Define end-to-end eStore operation model and detailed working process, including merchandizing, logistics fulfillment, consumer care, etc. 4) Deliver ongoing business SOP (standard operation process), analyze and improve service quality continuously 5) Daily Payment and delivery efficiency management, including online payment and COD model cash collection, and door-to-door deliver service. 6) Interface with finance/ logistic to better understand internal processes to give external customers efficient service. 7) Website merchandise management: routine management of SKU online/offline, coordination with campaign support. 8) Call center service monitoring, targeted to resolve customers’ complaints via inbound or outbound calls and service level management, need to handle issue escalation and crisis management on ecommerce platform. 企业介绍
